Finally! My second Piece. I started this during the second week of August, but I haven't posted because I have been on vacation. I have just done the face and outlined some of the stuff that will be floating in the blood, but there is still a lot of progress to be made, hopefully tonight and tomorrow morning. Also I know the hairs look kinda weird. they are supposed to be floating strands, but I wasn't really thinking right because I made them at one in the morning, and they don't really make sense in the context of someone who is floating in water, so I will fix it when I go in to paint the background. Overall I am happy with my range of colors, and how they sort of convey depth and dimension. 

I have made some progress. I have finished the face, making her skin tone more tan and adding lots of blush/sunburn. I have also done the tattoos. I was confused at first as to how to make the tattoos. At first I tried using a brush and paint on the eye in the center of her chest, but I don't have any fine enough brushes, or steady enough hands, so I shifted to use sharpies because I had seen others use sharpie in replace of thin black lines of paint. I am happy with the outcome. the Sharpie allowed for more detail and more interest with more precision.
